Incredible view, the harmony of mother nature and man-made golf course
Deforestation has occurred and many trees are added in needed areas when the golf course is constructed. However, we are in SBFZ, where logging is strictly restricted by law, and we strongly support SBFZ to protect the precious resources of earth.
More than a thousand years of untouched tropical rain forest teeming with wild flora and fauna has its roots fastened deep in our property, and it is simply breathtaking. Having inherited this authentic nature, we attempted to integrate the 18 holes with nature and successfully created one of the most of unique golf courses in the world.
Paspalum turfgrass achieved the play more enjoyable
Our uncompromising quality is evident in not only the view but also in course functionality. During the planning phase, we first considered constructing many extra-large-sized ponds in order to secure a large amount of water for turfgrass as well preparation for the dry season.
That allowed us to cover the whole entire golf course – from the tee grounds to the greens – with Seashore Paspalum, highly rated as “the next generation golf course turf.” Due to its high environment adaptability and strong durability against diseases, Paspalum requires less agricultural chemicals to maintain and is certified as an eco-friendly turfgrass. In addition, its texture is finer, and its color is deeper green than any other golf turfs.
The most noteworthy advantage by laying Paspalum from end to end in our property is that all of our courses are seamless, making it possible to change the width of the fairway as well as the shape and size of each green upon players’ requests.
Our 18-hole world-class championship golf course made of Paspalum enhances the excitement of strategic thinking.
Furthermore, although the majority of greens in Philippines are constructed with one to three panels, because of its large scale, four to six panels are used for each of our greens and that allows us to create delicate undulations suitable for the wide range of plays from beginners-level to professional tournaments.
We believe that the golf course must be enjoyable for all types of golfers: beginners, experienced and advanced groups, professionals, seniors, ladies, and juniors. Based on this concept, our courses are designed for versatility – challenging for advanced players and friendly for beginners.
Supreme maintenance
We are also very particular about the imperceptible details, for example the irrigation system. We ordered the best quality system from the U.S. in order for it to be capable of withstanding the wet season, especially torrential rain.
Moreover, we are able to sufficiently maintain the condition of Paspalum without rain for more than one hundred days by constructing the reservoir with the capacity of more than 100,000 tons of water. On a daily basis, maintenance staff with meticulous skills and Course checkers who patrol to inspect course condition and beauty carefully keep an eye on course maintenance. Both have their own processing courses and are fully responsible to promise you outstandingly beautiful and enjoyable courses. Our facilities and maintenance provide the best playing environment as well as a miraculous experience for you.
